At Home Obstacle Course Challenge

Good Morning St. Clare Friends!

Today we are going to have fun and use some creativity to get our hearts pumping and muscles moving with an at home obstacle course!

Our family created 14 challenges to get our hearts pumping this beautiful Sunday morning:
1) 10 jumping jacks
2) 10 step ups
3) 2 foot jumps in all directions
4) 3 basketball shots
5) Balance walk over hockey pucks
6) Over under lazer beams
7) 10 soccer toe taps
8) Skier jumps along line
9) Army crawl through tunnel
10) Stuffie toss
11) Cup stack jump
12) Roll dice and complete squats
13) Football spin and dance
14) 10 basketball dribbles
