Fitness Fortune Teller
Good Morning St. Clare Friends!
Today we are going to make a fortune teller with our favorite basic fundamental movements! Below are the instructions how to make the fortune teller and then you can get creative and add your favorite exercises to it.
Please follow the instructions below:
Materials:
- 1 piece of paper
- ruler
- scissors
- coloring tools (pen, marker, pencil crayon)
Instructions:
1) Cut the game out of a piece of paper. It works best if you cut paper to a perfect square, which is 21.5 cm in length.
2) Fold all corners to the center. You now have a square.
3) Turn the square over. Fold corners to the center to make a small square.
4) Crease the paper lengthwise and then widthwise.
5) Add your movements on the outside.
6) Add your numbers inside.
7) Finally add your fortunes to the very inside.
12) Insert fingers. Start playing. Get your sweat on!
Stay Active! Stay Strong! Stay Positive!
Kind Regards,
