Gratitude Walking Scavenger Hunt
Good Morning St. Clare Friends!
Sunday is a beautiful day to relax, pray for thanks for the small blessings in our life at this difficult time and meditate with deep breathing in our natural surroundings.
There are several new findings that reinforce the importance of getting back to nature to relax and feel at peace. Although we are quarantined and asked to stay at home and remain in our community, there are plenty of ways to enjoy nature at hand.
Our family has been exploring new areas of our community such as taking a walk on a street we have never been on, exploring among the trees on a walking path or just finding a spot on the school field (social distancing of course) to throw a ball around or sit and take in the sunshine!
Today we will begin with the serenity prayer and then take a lovely walk in the sunshine with the gratitude scavenger hunt below!
Stay Active! Stay Strong! Stay Positive!

Serenity Prayer
God, grant me the Serenity
To Accept the things I cannot change;
The Courage to change the things I can;
And the Wisdom to know the difference.
Amen
