Hope you enjoyed your weekend and had an opportunity to enjoy the sun on Saturday! It looks like we are back to clouds and cold. Let's warm up our bodies with a fabulous game from Be Fit For Life...
As we settle into a new way of life due to the current pandemic its important now more than ever to keep our body strong and healthy to deal with the stress and anxiety of all these changes. One of the best defenses against sickness and coping with all the changes is exercise! By getting the blood flowing in your body, sweating and getting your heart rate up you making your body stronger and releasing the toxins from your body caused by stress. Sooo... GET MOVING! ;-)
This week we will spend each day taking a look at the different card suits from this resource with exercises for each suit. Today we will start off the week looking at Healthy Hearts!❤
Healthy Hearts are going to get our heart pumping and blood flowing! Complete each exercise below for 60 seconds with a 30-60 second break between cards/exercises.
** Please note: Some of the exercises may be better suited for outside (shuttle run) so simply skip the exercise if you do not have adequate space. (We don't want any injuries!)
