Let's Warm Up!

Good Morning St. Clare Friends!

Today we are going to focus on "warming up" our bodies before heading outside for a walk or shovelling the snow from last night!

Below you will find a great visual resource courtesy of Be Fit For Life that will help guide your warm up!

Warm ups that include aerobic (get your heart rate up), agility (move quickly in different directions), strength (build muscle) and balance are great to ready your body for activity and prevent injury.

Using the poster below, choose 2-3 exercises from each column and complete them for 30 seconds each.
