It's the start of a new week and we seem to being moving in the right direction to getting back to some familiar normalities with things! Let's get our bodies moving to kick off a great week!
Today is May 4th and for some a great opportunity to celebrate their love for Star Wars! May the force be with you today as we complete these Star Wars themed exercises!

Using a dice roll and complete the following exercises:
Roll Odd Number (1, 3, 5)
10 jumping jacks
Plank for 15 seconds
10 push ups
Roll Even Number (2, 4, 6)
10 jumping jacks
Plank for 15 seconds
10 push ups
Roll Even Number (2, 4, 6)
5 burpees
10 squats
10 mountain climbers
10 mountain climbers
Rate your level of fitness and challenge yourself to improve throughout the month of May!
Level 1 Youngling - completed 1 round of exercises (4 rolls on the dice)
Level 2 Padawan - complete 2 rounds of exercises (6 rolls on the dice)
Level 3 Jedi Knight - complete 3 rounds of exercises (8 rolls on the dice)
Level 4 Jedi Master - complete 4 rounds of exercises (10 rolls on the dice)
