Overhand Throw
Good Morning St. Clare Friends!
It's Monday and time to get back into Google Classroom! Let's kick start our learning with some fresh air and moving our bodies to get our heart pumping and muscles moving! This week we are learning the overhand throw. This throw is used for throwing for distance. The most common sports that use this throw are football and baseball!
- Once you have successfully hit the target three times, challenge yourself to step further away from the target.
- Remember the overhand throw is used for distance so practice increasing your throwing distance!
