Well we are on the home stretch of officially wrapping up the 2019/2020 school year! We have survived! I hope you continue to value the importance of how important it is to 
STAY ACTIVE

During these unprecedented and trying times physical activity that gets your heart pumping, lungs working double time and muscles moving is so incredibly important! As we part ways for the summer remember I am here to encourage you to embrace an active lifestyle...


I would LOVE to leave you with my favorite movement quote that is posted in our school gymnasium from a Sport Check commercial a couple of years back:

"You were born to move. It doesn't matter how you move, as long as it gives you goosebumps, makes you feel alive, & clears your mind. Stay that way! What moves you?"


Remember the benefits of 60 minutes of vigorous movement a day results in the following:
