It's another great day to get outside, move your body and get your heart and lungs pumping! Today I'd like to share a great resource for you and your family to use during the summer months to stay active and promote a holistic wellness approach for the mind, body and soul!

I have mentioned this resource several times as it has so many AWESOME ideas to keep you and your family active, strong and healthy!
How it works:
1) Register your family with an email and receive the "Holiday Fun Pack"! (use the link above)
What this includes:
- You will have BOKS BURSTS (5-10 minute activity breaks)
- BOKS lessons with 30 minute fun interactive lessons with warmups, skill work, games and video links
- Crafts
- Games
- Recipes
- Calendar template to track your "summer movement"
